Order Process
On submission, your payment details will be sent to Stripe Inc, our payment processor and a PCI 1 approved processor. Stripe is a suite of payment APIs that powers commerce for online businesses. Its software allows individuals and businesses to receive payments over the Internet. Stripe provides the technical, fraud prevention, and banking infrastructure required to operate on-line payment systems. Stripe return a one time use token that represents your card details, and as such your sensitive bank details never touch our servers.
On completion of the above step, the details you’ve entered will be sent via a secure and encrypted connection to MotoGP Book for the sole purpose of fulfilling your order. Stripe will process your payment details to effect the transaction, and MotoGP Book will process your address information for the purposes of facilitating delivery. Stripe will never store your payment details, and we will never share any of your data. MotoGP Book’s servers are based in Maidenhead, United Kingdom. You have the absolute right to request the deletion of any data that we hold on you, or even request a copy of the information we hold on your behalf. Why do we collect it?
For the purposes of fulfilling customer orders of the Official MotoGP Season Review book via MotoGPbook.com. Customers can also opt in to receive future email communications from MotoGPbook.com.

The deliverance and fulfilment of a commercial transaction to accept and process customer orders of the Official MotoGP Season Review book, as specifically consented to and completed by the customer.

Through a user-completed order form at MotoGPbook.com, featuring an opt-in check box to choose to receive future Official MotoGP Season Review book email communications, such as news about subsequent publication editions.

Where do we store it?
User details entered into the order form are stored securely on MotoGP Books servers for the purpose of fulfilling and recording customers orders of the Official MotoGP Season Review book. Payment details are never stored. Where specifically consented to, email addresses are stored securely in Campaign Monitor as a press release mailing platform for mailing list population.
When do we delete it?
Order information will be deleted when it is no longer of purpose for fulfilling orders. Should you consent to receiving marketing emails, automatic soft and hard bounce removal of email addresses in Campaign Monitor ensure currency of mailing lists. Clear Unsubscribe buttons are present on mailers, and Campaign Monitor manages related suppression lists. Contact us for Right of Information and Right of Erasure purposes. Right to Information requests are fulfilled within five (5) working days, and Right to Erasure requests are fulfilled within 48 working hours (sensitive data, whilst data required to be held by law will remain secured stored as mandated in law).
